Our Business Innovation team is now on the look for a commercially inclined Innovation Project Manager to lead groundbreaking projects in the oral care sector, built on an entrepreneurial mindset. Your team, the TePe Business Innovation Team is a group within the TePe global commercial organisation, with the mission to drive innovation and projects and lead the TePe Innovation Network. We aim to develop, project lead, and deliver on projects, solutions and services that redefine our business, offering and ways-of-working.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Innovation Project Management:

- Drive and manage innovation projects within the oral care sector, ensuring alignment with long-term strategy, goals, and yearly business objectives.

- Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset within the team, encouraging creative thinking and risk-taking to explore new opportunities in the oral care market.

Digital Savvy and Analytics:

- Understand how digital tools with associated processes, like CRM systems, “learning management systems”, etc. can support our various teams working with channel and customer relationships.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to analyse results from project initiatives, towards better use, deployment, and improvement.

Program Management Insight:

- Understand and apply program management principles to oversee multiple oral care projects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed efficiently and contribute to company and team objectives.

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for program initiatives in line with actual Project Owners and Steering Groups.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Collaborate with external and internal teams to understand project requirements, market trends, and customer needs.

- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Innovative Strategy Development:

- Help to identify and evaluate new opportunities, technologies, and market trends to shape innovative commercial strategies and ways of working.

- Work closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in our international landscape.

Who are you?

We think that you have:

- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager with a focus on commercial innovation. You can manage multiple projects concurrently and understand the importance of stakeholder management.

- A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth through innovative approaches and with ROI in mind.

- Excellent communication skills, and an energetic can-do-attitude.

- An analytical and organised approach and a great business understanding.

Since English is TePe’s corporate language, proficiency here is a must. As we are based in Malmö, proficiency in Swedish is an advantage, as well as any other additional languages for our international environment.

It is also a big plus if you...

- Have global, or at least regional, work experience.

- Are familiar with the practical use and benefits of digital tools and the benefit they bring, such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), online learning solutions, etc.

- Have some kind of Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
