Hardware Responsible - Inverter & Power Electronics

What Will You Do:
In the role of Hardware Responsible, you'll take charge in leading and coordinating the development of inverters and rotors across various project phases. Your position places you within a dynamic team of Hardware and Software engineers, fostering close collaboration with fellow Hardware specialists on a daily basis.

Your responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for the supplier regarding the product under your purview. It is essential to ensure that the technology, cost, and timing align with the project goals. A deep technical understanding of the requirements and construction in your field is crucial. This knowledge enables you to engage in constructive dialogues with both the customer and the supplier, ensuring effective communication and project success.

Requirements:

Seeking individuals with a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in electronic design of inverters and other power electronic components is crucial, including a solid understanding of both analog and digital electronics. Skills in circuit simulations and PCB design (both schematic and layout) are essential.

The role entails demonstrated capabilities in hardware development, test scope definition, and test result analysis. Knowledge in signal integrity, EMC, and electrical standards and requirements within the automotive industry will be highly regarded.

The position's cross-functional nature provides opportunities to enhance expertise in subsystem areas and expand one's professional network. Mastery of English communication, both in writing and speaking, is essential. Knowledge of the Swedish language is also desirable for effective collaboration and communication.
