ABOUT THE POSITION
The business team spearheads the conversation with our new clients and we will continue to grow this team in 2023. As the Head of Sales, you will be spearheading the dialogue with our new clients representing our teams.
You should have excellent customer relations skills and be able to take in information from all areas of the business, as you will be the main point of initial contact with external clients and do resource planning internally.
Starting date: Q1 / Q2 2024
Location: working 100% remote from home, but on US working hours. Slack and Discord are your best friends.

WHAT YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE
Sales Strategy and Planning by taking overall responsibility to manage and lead the sales machinery, particularly on new client acquisition.
Create strategies and action points for developing and achieving sales goals
Liaise and connect with ad and media agencies in the US and Europe
Proactively coach the sales staff for constant improvement and set and meet sales targets
Take on some of your own sales cases from scratch to close
Facilitate and assist the sales people wherever needed in the sales process
Structuring and coordinating the sales work in conjunction with Marketing
Be part of a close nit internationally-oriented sales team
Create your own initiatives to develop the sales organisation to ensure rapid growth
Provide the leadership team with regular updates on performance and sales.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and changes in the competitive landscape.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Experience in leading sales teams, preferably as Head of Sales or Sales Manager in a B2B organisation.
Highly advantageous if you have a background in working with immersive platforms like Roblox, Fornite etc before.
Very advantageous if you have a background in working with ad or media agencies.
3 years leadership experience.
Successful and experienced in selling senior or C-suite stakeholders.
Successful and experienced in closing large figure deals.
Experience managing a team of at least 5-10 salespeople.
Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus), both written and verbal.
Capable at describing and understanding customer requirements and making comprehensive demonstrations and presentations of our platform and it’s value proposition.
Basic understanding of Marketing fundamentals in order to comprehend and service our customers’ needs.
An analytical mindset, while keeping focus on good relationships with sales people.
