Suppler Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and excellence of our products from inception to delivery. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape our quality assurance processes.

How You Make an Impact:

- Conduct quality assurance checks of incoming goods.

- Ensure that products meet or exceed the standards and specifications set by Rugvista.

- Communicate quality issues and deviations to suppliers and develop action plans to avoid future production issues.

- Work proactively with suppliers on quality measures.

- Handle and drive complaint cases against suppliers.

- Initiate and review third-party inspections, especially for new suppliers or products.

- Collaborate on supplier quality performance evaluations.

- Verify material composition and care instructions are correctly listed in our ERP system and on-site.

- Conduct quality control, wash tests, and product tests on new and existing products.

- Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and certifications, such as fire certification and others.

What You Bring:

- Energetic, impact-oriented attitude with a desire for personal development.

- Experience in quality assurance, preferably within the textile industry

- Strong analytical skills with a talent for identifying opportunities for quality improvement.

- Solid knowledge of textile materials, with the capability to influence and advance our sustainability initiatives.

- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects appropriately.

- Proficient in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.

- Ability to work in a team, as well as a high drive when working alone.

- Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Swedish being a plus.

- Swedish work permit is essential.
