Job description
As the IT Manager at Enerpoly, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless integration of IT systems across the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and streamlining processes for personal and office IT equipment, managing IT requirements for the entire organization, and providing technical support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage, and streamline processes for personal and office IT equipment.

- Manage, prioritize, and implement IT requirements for the entire organization.

- Develop and maintain internal IT systems, procedures, and guidelines.

- Coordinate with other design teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems.

- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for staff.

- Act as the client representative during IT system testing and commissioning phases.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience.

- Proven experience leading IT design projects from concept to construction.

- Experience in IT operations in a hybrid working environment, including datacenter and cloud-based operations.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data privacy and cybersecurity from large-scale industries.

- Experience in IT support of Microsoft products.

- Excellent written and oral skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in IT design/engineering for large-scale industrial, manufacturing, or construction projects.

- Expertise in the design, installation, and commissioning of IT networks and associated control and protection systems.

- Experience in conducting internal audits in security and privacy.
