Director of New Business Models & Implementation

We’re a Swedish privately held real estate tech enabled service company with clients and operations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand and the USA. We have been in business for 22 years and are invested in an ambitious growth strategy backed by our strong Swedish private equity partner Adelis.

The position we hold in our markets constantly creates very exciting opportunities and we look for the right candidate to help us with both strategies and to formalize and implement new business models.

We already have a few big initiatives on the way so the journey we see for this role is to come into the implementation stages of these projects to learn both about us as a company as well as the industry and through that over time help us formalize the future. We see you playing a key role in project management already from day one and we will give you a lot of freedom to be creative as well as being hands-on. You will report directly to our CSMO and work closely with the senior team.

To succeed in this position, we believe you have:

- Technical background preferably from Industrial Engineering and Management

- Experience from complex change & implementation projects

- Experience from start ups/businesses who are in the growth phase

- A strong commercial background and skill set

- A strong IT background/understanding of digital services

- Excellent project management skills

- Excellent communication/stakeholder management skills and fluency in Swedish & English
