XR Creative Director

We are looking for a passionate and visionary XR Creative Director to spearhead the development of our XR Strategy & Development unit within Nexer and in external collaborations with clients as a consultant. As our XR Creative Director, you'll be an integral part of a groundbreaking initiative, influencing and adding value to every project. Leading a team of 3D specialists, you will collaboratively shape high-quality, mobile-optimized XR content for diverse applications. This encompasses the creation of immersive experiences for both VR (Virtual Reality) and AR (Augmented Reality). In addition to visionary leadership, your responsibilities include seamless collaboration with developers, business analysts, and UX designers, resulting in cutting-edge XR applications compatible with leading hardware such as Oculus Quest and Magic Leap.

Your key responsibilities involve leading and building a team throughout the entire process and pipeline, creating XR experiences aligned with clients' business cases and user experiences. You'll be the linchpin, skillfully handling technical queries and transforming ideas into visionary XR experiences.

- Over 5 years of leading creative teams in the development of performance-optimized 3D content

- Proven track record as a Creative Director in XR projects

- Extensive 5+ years of hands-on experience crafting high-fidelity XR experiences

- Deep knowledge of XR UX paradigms and best practices

- Proficient understanding of the 3D pipeline, covering setup, production, delivery, and deployment

- Demonstrated expertise in creating game/XR-optimized PBR 3D assets

- Experience using Unity and Pixyz Studio to produce 1.1 optimized 3D assets for real-time interactive XR scenarios based on CAD input

- Artistic eye to ensure each 3D asset not only looks sublime but also aligns seamlessly with the given Art Direction of each assignment

- Strong proficiency in the English language and effective communication skills
