Strategic Procurement Manager

About the role
In the exciting world of property management, Odevo Group is a leader in innovation. We provide a range of services, from renovations to loans, insurance, electricity, broadband, and more. With the growing demand for our services, we're looking for a driven individual to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting the recently formed group procurement function.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in executing our Group Procurement Strategy and providing valuable support to our customers. Additionally, you'll contribute to the development of Odevo's internal procurement function by spearheading procurement projects and implementing effective ways of working. As a key team member, you'll report directly to the Head of Group Procurement and collaborate closely with management teams across various markets and companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Explore innovative ways to leverage procurement to generate revenue, creating synergies that benefit Odevo and our customers.

- Collaboration with the Head of Procurement to shape the Group's internal procurement strategy and operations.

- Drive customer and company value through innovative and cost-efficient solutions.

- Additionally, you'll be involved in supply relations management, ensuring solid and beneficial relationships with our suppliers.

Who you are
You have at least five years of experience in strategic sourcing, with proven success managing global supplier agreements and stakeholder relationships. Creativity in identifying new opportunities and strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating closely with the team. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive when taking ownership of diverse projects. In addition to experience in procurement, we are looking for someone with a collaborative spirit and the ability to contribute positively to our culture. Proficiency in both English and Swedish is a requirement for this role.

Location
While we have an office in Stockholm, it is a fully remote position if that suits you best. Our office is on the top floor in the newly built Sthlm 04, which offers stunning views over Stockholm.
