On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer.
Expected functions:
- Lead design reviews, detecting weaknesses and providing solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation for testing, manufacturing and certification.
- Close collaboration with engineers and suppliers in multiple locations to ensure the integrity of the entire product.
Required competences:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Creo CAD design for consumer products
- Plastic parts design and injection molding
- Leading a team of CAD designers (including effort estimations)
- IPx (water, dust protection) requirements
- Design for manufacturing/ assembly, reliability, and FMEA
- Mechanical testing and validation tools and processes
- Tolerance calculations
- Leadership qualities, teamwork, curiosity
- Flexibility to changing conditions
- Responsiveness to customer needs.
Language skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
