We are now looking for a Client Partner to join us and be our main face towards one of our fashion retail customers. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across Nordics and to India is expected.


• Responsible to achieve P&L (Profit and Loss), customer satisfaction and similar organization goals

• Develop and manage TCS’ relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical levels

• Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals

• Provide consulting services to the customer

• Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer

• Partner with the customers and provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership

• Responsible along with the other sales team for Nordics growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets

• Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives

• Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response

• Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required

• Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordics customers


You have at least 18 years of experience in the following:

• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery

• Business development and creating GTM strategy

• CXO level client relationship management

• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients

Furthermore, key skills for this role include:

• Business development skills: Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall Europe targets

• Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS’s existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market

• Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS’s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost-effective services to the client

• Experience of Retail processes and solutions

• Experience of working in multicultural environment

• Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc.

• Relationship Management skills
