We are developing HR in able to help our business Managers to make better and truly sustainable decisions to ensure our continuing growth and success. The role is new and you will have the opportunity to make your footprint and adjustments in order to reach our goal . You will belong to Group HR and report directly to the HR Director.
As HR Digitalization Specialist, you are overall responsible to develop our HR processes with the support of digital tools in close alignment with the HR Departments across the Nordics. This so that we can better and more effectively support the business, create value and a better user experience for both Managers and employees. You will in your role both develop and manage different system solutions. Here you have a close cooperation with other functions within Coor, not least with our IT unit.
Within Group HR, we need to develop more group-wide processes and tools. In this work, people analytics will help us make better decisions and your work will have an important role.
In order to run a successful HR at group level, collaboration with different functions, countries and local HR is crucial. Through your commitment, drive and responsiveness, you create the right conditions to succeed in your mission.
In this role you obviously have a passion for people and to succeed in the role as HR Digitalization Specialist. We see that you have an academic degree as well as several years of experience in operational HR work and its processes. Preferably in combination with good IT and change management skills. You have a good ability to lead change projects and in these motivate and engage others. You are used to working independently and driving your work forward. You are fluent in english and one of the Scandinavian languages, preferably swedish.
As a person, you are goal- and result oriented, have good collaborative and communication skills and appreciate working in an constantly changing environment.
