Talent Acquisition Specialist with tech focus

We are growing rapidly and for us to keep finding the best talent we need to expand our People & Culture team with a Talent Acquisition Specialist!
As our new Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist you will belong to the Operations Department and be a part of our small, joyful, and ambitious People & Culture team. We work closely together with the COO and our legal- and economy team.
What you will do
As TA-Specialist at Annotell you will have a vital and influential role within the organisation. We will depend on you in managing and continuously improving our recruitment cycle, meaning everything within sourcing, driving the process, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding our new employees. In the people & culture team we work across all borders. We work especially close to our team leaders in the recruitment process who we support in a pipeline set-up of recruitment fueling Annotell with great talent. Most of our talents are within the scope of tech, so we welcome you who have experience and interest within this field. However, we are expanding in all our segments so there will also be non-technical recruitments in for example Sales & Marketing and Operations. We have grown incredibly fast, but we are still small so apart from handling our recruitment processes you will also get the opportunity to work with- and expand your skills in other areas that fall on the People & Culture team.

You have the right mindset and passion - that is what we value the most. Besides that, we believe that you
- Have an education within HR/similar field or equivalent work experience
- Previous work experience from recruiting, especially within tech
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in assessments is meritorious
- An excellent communicator with a passionate and outgoing personality who isn’t afraid of taking initiatives
- Have good time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise your work
