Enterprise Services serves the company in the area of Connectivity, Application hosting, Application operation and Integration & Output management. 

Right now, we create a new company as well as a global operating environment through significant transformation: by moving data to a cloud environment as well as harmonizing and standardizing processes. Working in a constantly changing environment calls for a team of open minded and business-driven people with good technical understanding, and we are now looking for a Head of Enterprise Services, a position with great possibilities to influence and energize the development of the function. The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm, Sweden. 

As Head of Enterprise Services, you are accountable for managing all aspects of the service and service production, ensuring delivery to users and managing outsourcing environments. You define the content of the service and follow up service levels both internally and externally. By creating and maintaining the service improvement plan, you have full management responsibility for budget, delivery and quality. Establishing good cooperation with key stakeholders and business representatives and contributing to the overall development of Standard Services' function within Sandvik Materials Technology IT are also some of your accountabilities. You have responsibility for managers within four different teams, in total 30 internal and external consultants performing core service tasks, including the work environment areas of safety, security, health and rehabilitation. Some international travel is a natural part of this position. 

Qualifications

And what about you?
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, IT or another relevant field, and experience from global IT delivery and managing IT delivery to businesses. Previous experience from a managerial position, including managing suppliers, is necessary, while familiarity with our business and Sandvik’s HR system and processes is advantageous. Working in an international setting, your communication skills in English, as well as Swedish, must be excellent, in both writing and speaking.

You are passionate about giving excellent service and capable of implementing changes in order to improve and develop our global operations; thus, the position also places major demands on your leadership skills.
