Do you have a background or are you just about to finish your studies in IT/Tech-related fields? Would you like to start your career at one of the largest Tech and Consultant companies in the Nordics? With us, you will be a part of Service Desk team in Estonia and the first point of contact to solve our customer´s daily technical incidents.
As a Service Desk Specialist, you will work as part of a team dedicated to one or more of our Swedish speaking customer companies or organisations. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional support on a wide range of workstation related problems. Most of your time will be spent on the phone, email, chat or some other tool with customers providing technical assistance and resolving basic and more advanced problems concerning the use of workstations, mobile devices, MS Office products and some customer specific tools.
You will provide support to our customers by asking questions to quickly understand the problem, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve the incidents and requests without forgetting to document them into the ticketing system. Our customers will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues.
