On behalf of our well known client within automotive, Adecco is now looking for an experienced Product Manager to The Brand Strategy Team. You will become a part of a team who think about consumers relations and communication opportunities in exciting and different ways – creative and critical thinkers who want to change the world at a Marketing & Brand department for a well-known car company in Gothenburg.
The Brand Strategy team lead and manage the brand, how they use it across the organization in a variety of dimensions such as positioning, purpose based messaging and nomenclature. The purpose is to develop and maintain a set that tie together the look and feel of all our Brand communication materials, the standards of the company. These standards will create awareness of our brand, explain how the brand works and create consistency across the car companies Brand.
Based on the Brand Strategy and messages, you will develop and establish a set of Brand Standards to be applied in the Brand Communication. The team is responsible for the Brand Standards guidelines/manual for Brand logo usage, graphics, colour palette, fonts and type style as well as visual style (image/photography).
In your key responsibilities lies deployment and training of key stakeholders within Brand Standards and self-serve tools, conducting gap analysis of where our established brand standards are not being executed and drive corrective actions. You will lead Brand Standard projects across the organization and develop plans on how to lead steady monitoring and dialogue about the brand standards. In a nutshell, you will strengthen the Brand of the company by understanding our position amongst the world´s most loved brands.
You need to have the ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple and understandable ways by big picture-thinking and attention to detail, both which are crucial for success. Maintaining strong internal and external relationships where you demonstrate Service Mentality with an ability to influence internal stakeholders. In this role we require you to have strong writing acumen and communication skills, proactiveness, being results-focused and can manage and drive projects end to end.
In the Brand Team we look for people who are confident, energetic, fast learner and pragmatic with a can-do attitude.
• Relevant experience from brand management, brand standards, guidelines, nomenclature or similar position, most likely 4+ years, at a well-known Brand on a Global scale.
• International working experience from US, Asia or large European markets.
• BA / BSc in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
This is a global company so you need to be proficient in English, verbally and written, as well as having an interest and ability to travel.
