We are now looking for a Subledger Accountant with a service-minded and solution-oriented attitude who can contribute to the development and strengthening of our team!

What’s in it for you?

In this position, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of Fixed Assets for several entities. You will have close contact to the Finance Managers and Controllers at each entity. You will also be administrating projects for one entity and support with setup of projects staff for two entities. You will report to the Head of Business Information and Subledger Accounting.

Your main responsibilities and tasks:

• Updating projects staff in Oracle HR module.
• Day-to-day project administration and accounting of Fixed Assets.
• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closing and reporting of Fixed Assets.
• Continuous development of work routines and processes.
• Participate in projects, work groups, and ad-hoc assignments.

Are we a match?

To succeed in the role as Subledger Accountant at IOAS, we believe that you have relevant education and probably a few years of working experience in a similar position and fluent skills in Swedish and good skills in English. You are an experienced Microsoft Excel user and knowledge about Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management is considered as an additional merit.

As a person, you have an open mind, good social and communicative skills, capability to follow processes and instructions, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You take responsibility for your deliveries and work in a structured way and last but not least value quality.
