As the Campaign Manager for Toca Life, you’ll be responsible for creating, executing and monitoring the performance of marketing campaigns to ensure that they achieve their objectives. You’ll work closely with Alexandra, the Marketing Manager for Toca Life, to deliver high impact campaigns and initiatives primarily towards the North American and UK markets.

You’ll ensure the campaigns are brimming with creativity and are sparked a passion for Toca Life, its players and future fans.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll create and plan integrated marketing campaigns that are anchored in the Toca Life marketing strategy, franchise strategy and brand DNA. You’ll analyze historical and current campaign data to optimize marketing campaign direction, strategy and value.

You’ll work closely with the creative hub (a team of animators, artists and copywriters) in order to turn your campaign ideas into communication with impact. You’ll ensure the campaigns deliver on brand and brief by feedbacking on the campaign material, proofreading copy and so on.

You’ll stay up to date with the latest market research and trend analysis in order to understand kids. You’ll use this knowledge as inspiration for our marketing campaigns.
Is this you?
You have a few years experience in marketing, meaning you have experience driving digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. You also have an understanding of performance marketing through paid user acquisition.

You’re data driven, with an analytical mindset and strong understanding of key performance metrics. You’re able to evaluate performance marketing campaigns in order to identify what works and what key learnings can be brought into future campaigns.

You’re fluent in both spoken and written English, and you believe in the power of play!

You have to be located in Sweden as we won't be offering any relocation for this particular position.

This position is full time and based in our Stockholm office with a hybrid working model (part office, part working from home). We apply a 6 months probationary period.
