Business Systems is responsible for the IT tools used by our global commercial organisation for sales, services and administration of our products and services. Our ambition is to provide a ‘state-of-the-art’ portfolio that will support our commercial organisation to improve profitability in a sustainable way.
One department within Business Systems is Sales Management Systems, having the responsibility for our tools supporting CRM, Used Vehicles and Rental. Our current head of the department will move to new challenges, so we are looking for her successor.
You will be responsible to lead and coach the Sales Management Systems’ team, challenge and develop ways of working, driving towards set targets in order to add value to the users of our tools.
Currently the team consist of 8 persons within Commercial Operations working with implementations, business support and development demands. We work in close cooperation with the technical team at Scania IT that consist of around 25 persons. Your colleagues are located in Södertälje, S o Paulo, Hong Kong and Mumbai. You will be a member of the Business Systems management team and contribute to the development of the whole organisation.
We are now in an intense development and implementation phase and we are working in close cooperation with our Business Units in delivering our systems in a flexible and agile way. You can look forward to be working in a highly international environment with very demanding users.
You are a driving and engaging person who have a great interest and the ability to work through your team members to fulfil the demands from our users. You take initiative, see possibilities and are patient in reaching your own and your team’s goals. You have the ability to plan, organize and prioritize. You are a strong individual who can anchor decisions and collaboration forms between departments.
We believe that you have a university degree or corresponding knowledge. Minimum two years’ experience of line management is required, preferably within Automotive and/or IT. You are willing to travel, find international contacts stimulating and speak and write English fluently.
