What you’ll do
- Design, develop, test and implement software of embedded devices and systems
- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources
- Identify business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Recruit sharp talent to your team

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience from embedded software development
- Solid hands-on experience in C/ C++/ C#/ .NET/ Python
- Experience of working with RTOS
- Comfortable with agile and lean development methodologies
- Ability to lead complex software projects
- The desire and ability to grow the people around you
- Experience of technical sales and business development is a bonus
