Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
“Today’s system at Scania is perfectly designed to give exactly the result we get” - We need to think and act differently to get another, better result.
This is challenging and at the same time the background to why a new organisation, Demand to cash management, was established 1st of January this year.
Demand to cash (D2C) management is responsible for the Forecast and planning process and the Order to cash process including Order management. We are today around 50 people.
Our mission is to increase the flow efficiency within Scania’s product delivery process, Order to Delivery (O2D), while utilizing the available resources in the best possible way…
