We at Human Resources Volvo Cars Olofström will support and facilitate Volvo Cars strategical transformation to meet the Performance Plan 2020 in strategical, operational and tactical HR deliverables.
What s in it for you
We are looking for an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist who wants to join a group of 8 HR professionals. Together with the team you will support Olofström plant in their change journey and strengthen our HR organization even more. We have the mission to drive the full people agenda in the Olofström plant. The four focus areas for us in the coming year is leadership, culture, competence and health. To meet our targets, we are now seeking a committed and passionate person to join our team.
What will you do
Below are some of the responsibilities you will have in your role as a HR Rehabilitation Specialist.
You will have main responsibility regarding implementation and compliance regarding rehabilitation process, legislation, directives and internal rules. Ensure delivery and follow up of standardized high quality to meet Business needs within the area health and rehabilitation.
Analyse health and rehabilitation status and propose actions within responsibility area together with HR team and work strategically through network, projects, report analyses and benchmark.
Act as the single point of contact towards authorities such as Social Insurance Office (FK) and relevant internal networks within in the subject matter area work-related rehabilitation.
Ensure that tasks carried out relating to rehabilitation are performed competently in accordance with legislation and Volvo Cars standards, routines and methods.
Collaborate with relevant internal and external networks and authorities and give advice and support manager and HRBP in operational rehabilitation.
You will work proactively with health related issues, secure suitable solution in each rehabilitation case and contribute in development of processes within the area of preventive health activities and rehabilitation. You need to secure and deliver relevant education and information to managers and HR team regarding the rehabilitation area.
You and your skills
We believe you have a University degree in relevant field and broad experience within the rehabilitation area and have overall health and safety perspective. You need to have the ability to act and drive a change to maintain health and safety standards and prevent illness and injuries in the plant.
You have excellent knowledge in all legislations concerning manufacturing work environment, social insurance and good general knowledge of HR processes in general. You are analytical and have good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and preferably as well in HR Systems (SAP).
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both oral and written, due to your broad internal and external network of contacts in the role. You will work closely with HR, line organization, external public stakeholders and build relations with Unions, while striving to the same goal of wellbeing of our employees. You need to have the ability to act and drive a change to maintain health and safety standards and prevent illness and injuries in the plant. You need to be confident and have the integrity, as well as having a sense for working with and towards people.

As a person, you have a curios mind-set and are open to new solutions and ideas. You have a holistic view and are able to build relationships with different levels in the organization. Furthermore, you have the ability to work independently in a structured way and set right priorities. It is important that you have the ability to plan with a flexible mind-set and have a strong interest in working with people and organizational development. To succeed in this role you have a high level of courage, integrity and good communication skills. Finally, you have the confidence to challenge others, and find new ways of working. Of course you are a true team player, who contributes with passion and energy.
