Poolia is recruiting a proactive and business-oriented Country Manager to Ekornes in charge of the Stressless product range in Sweden. The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within three months. Please apply as soon as possible.

There are currently two regional Stressless Sales Managers in Sweden, who will be direct reports to the Country Manager. You will directly cover a region in addition to the responsibilities as Country Manager, and to travel throughout Sweden to support the other Sales Managers when required.
The Country Manager will:
• Have responsibility and accountability for the Swedish market
• Lead a team responsible for the distribution of the Stressless brand - overall sales and marketing, media planning, brand positioning and customer service
• Define the direction, goals and strategy of Stressless within the Swedish market specifically, managing change throughout the business
• Develop and implementing successful marketing strategies to increase brand strength, awareness and loyalty
• Strengthening existing partnerships as well as identifying potential new routes to market
• Create consumer focused win-win initiatives that enhance both Stressless and customer profitability
• Work closely with our retail partners to ensure product presentation is according to brand guidelines
• Track distribution monthly and maintain competitive information for entire region/market
• Train and educate distributor sales personnel on all aspects of selling the brand

The ideal candidate is sales driven with a track record within a wholesale as well as ideally retail operation. You probably have previous experience from the furniture industry or adjacent product experience.
It is important that you understand mid to high end brand and target customer.
We believe that that you have experience of working within an international matrix organization. You also could work at pace in a relatively flat structured organization where there are no “hiding places”.
